As per DG(P) letter No: 107-1/07-SB Dated 23.06.2008 such agent should be black listed and no further business should be accepted from them and in addition to that, his name should be displayed on the premises of all Post Offices in the Division stating that Post Offices suspended business with the concerned agent.
