What is the CVC guidelines about action on
anonymous/pseudonymous complaints?
No action is to be taken by the
departmental/organizations, as a general rule, on anonymous/pseudonymous
complaints received by them. However, if any department/organisation proposes
to look in to any verifiable facts alleged in such complaints, it may refer the
matter to the commission seeking its concurrence through the CVO or the head of
the organization, irrespective of the level of employees involved therein.
