1. Should we replace all the old magnetic strip ATM Cards with the new EMV ATM Cards or the old magnetic strip ATM Cards can be used by the customers.
Comment: Yes, Post office can proceed for replacing of old magnetic Debit card with new EMV debit card. It is to be noted that in coming days ATM machine will be equipped with EMV readers only eventually Magnetic Strip Cannot be used afterwards.
2.Can we place Personalized EMV Chip based ATM Cards request in CCMM menu if the customers ask for the replacement of the old ATM card with EMV ATM cards.
Comments: National ATM unit is still to Confirm on this.
3. Some customers are asking for replacement of magnetic strip based ATM Cards which is working fine with the new EMV based ATM Cards. Should we collect any charges for the replacement.
Comments: At present There is no charges for replacement of ATM Card.
4. Which option should be selected in CCMM-->Modify menu under Action for issuing the new EMV based ATM Cards by replacing the old Magnetic strip based ATM Cards.
Comment: For replacing magnetic strip based ATM cards with new EMV chip cards
CCMM-->Modify, enter CIF ID
Action: Hot listing and replacing.
Enter the new kit number. Select Instant ATM card, and then Submit.
Verify in Supervisor Login under CCMM
