     Subject: Non received of remuneration of paid leave /89days/ Substitute bill of Postman/MTS

Sir,

   The service association noticed that maximum GDS employees have not been received the remunerations of paid leave /89 days and substitute bill of Postmen /MTS throughout the Division the service association also noticed that affected individuals have requested at Accounts Branch/Concerned Inspector Post/ Aspos  in regular intervals for early payment but all are in vain. All concerned like accounts branch replied to the affected individuals all time that no sanction memo is pending and the concerned inspector /Aspos they  also replied  that no bill are pending for sanction. The fact is not true for example  on 28.02.2019 the Inspector Post Adra was sanctioned paid leave for 93 GDS and the copy was sent to the Postmaster Purulia on 07.03.2019 for early payment but no GDS Substitute has been received remunerations till date.

          Your kind intervention in this matter is requested for early settlement.
