Sir,

Just like the other district in west Bengal ,Purulia also experiences three prominent seasons , of which summer is one. The summer in Purulia is extremely hot and dry. The mercury rises to a maximum about 45 c with minimum being 23 c . The level of humidity in the region is somewhere between 55% and 65%. Summers usually start from March and last till the month of June. While scorching heat characterize the day time, the nights are usually warm.  Every year summer contingency was  sanctioned for purchasing Glass /Mug and mud pot  for the use of officials during summer periods  but this year the service association noticed  that till now no summer contingency has been sanctioned though the summer periods is almost over it is very much unfortunate.

Therefore requested to take immediate necessary action in this regards.
