Non -followance of RT guidelines and CVC orders regarding LSG Memo

                             Subject:  Non -followance of RT guidelines and CVC orders regarding LSG Memo

                           Reference: SP/Con/Misc/  dated 18.04.2019 and 29.04.2019

Respected Sir,

                      I am again constrained to bring the following irregularities /lapses while issuing the LSG transfer orders violating the Directorate and CVC guidelines for immediate intervention and settlement.

1.It is ascertained that 42% of total no LSG Post have been upgraded only at Purulia H.O. whereas the most important offices like Adra MDG and Anara RS MDG no post has been upgraded /created in LSG . It is also ascertained from the letter under reference that the LSG Cadre from PA Cadre has been upgraded as per instruction of CO, it is partly true as because proposal has been forwarded to co by the Division and accordingly the same has been approved.  It is not understood by the association as to why the above mentioned offices have been deprived.

2. The Purulia Head Post offices is a mirror/backbone  of Purulia Division where all most Sr. official have not  been posted as per LSG Memo but they have been posted  in a single handed / Double handed SO violating the Dte’s instruction .

3. You have been replied that the present place of posting according to service book it is completely imaginary.  You are once again requested to please make thorough inquest to verify whether you have been properly informed and guided while sharing the information with us, since we are well informed and aware that the officials did never work at the places shown against each prior to their present posting vide your memo no B9/LSG/Purulia/2019 Dated 12.04.2019. In the views of the association, this is nothing but eye wash to all the instruction RT Guidelines and instruction received from CVC.

4. 14.04.2019, 15.04, 2019, 17.04.2019 &19.04.2019 are holidays. And employees have got the LSG Memo on 13.04.and some employees on 16.04.2019. And thus they have got opportunity to submit declination only two or three days which is very much suffering. And it is implies that you have tried to forcefully suppress the LSG memo to the employees.

5. It is noticed that two LSG memos have been issued on 12.04.2019, one of which has been received but another one is still now wanting.

It is therefore once again   requested to

1.        To cancel the irregular LSG promotional /transfer memo as issued on 12.04.2019 as early as possible for the benefit of the employees of Purulia Division as well as natural justice.     A line of reply with action taken is requested. With Regards.
