                  Sub:       Stop telephonic instruction to avoid major incident

 Sir,

 The Service union noticed that Your Office has issued an order telephonically to the Barabhum S.O., Adra MDG and Namopara SO for converted the balances of BOs into Zero Balances and accordingly it was made by the concerned SPMs/ BPMs.

 Thus the employees are falling into problems and they cannot reply properly to the public /customers. In such a way the employees suffer in tension and in many places customers quarrel with employees. If this situation runs major accident may happen at any time.

 I would therefore request your good desk to see the matter and issue clear written instruction instead of telephonic to the concerned SOs/BOs immediately so the major incident may be avoided.

 A line in reply with action is solicited.
