Respected Sir,

                     First of all our well wishes for Happy Bengali New Year for 1426 and our deep respect to your kindness. We are very much thankful to have such like of your personality in this Division as it is well known to all that you are very much sympathetic and considerable and kind hearted for the employees but it is astonishing to us to have such like of the LSG Promotional memo issued from your office vide no B9/LSG/Purulia/2019 Dated at Purulia the 12.04.2019.

1.      That the cadre restructuring memo regarding upgraded of post in PA Cadre   has not been issued still now whether LSG Promotional memo is issued which is most astonishing and miraculous to the employees not only that the LSG promotional /transfer memo has not been issued as per Directorate guide line .

2.      The senior most LSG officials included in Circle gradation list are posted at single handed or double handed offices at far from the Head Post office only for the harassment and motivated attitudes .whether Head Post Offices has been tried to fill up with the junior most officials only to create disturbance and chaotic environment.

3.      Some name of the officials have been reflected in the memo as their “ Present place of Posting” which is not under stood as there never seen to work at those places.

4.      The officials have been asked to decline the promotion within 19.04.2019 whether the memo has been issued on 12.04.2019 and thereafter 15.04, 17.04. and 19.04.2019 are holidays thus it is very much troublesome to submit declination by the staff within such a short periods.

5.      The maximum number of circular/transfer memo are not supplied to the service association which is motivated and a reflection to forcefully suppressed your decision to the employees and make them to face in troubles.

It is therefore   requested to

1.       To Cancel the irregular LSG promotional /transfer memo as issued on 12.04.2019 as early as possible for the benefit of the employees of Purulia Division  as well as natural justice.

A line of reply with action taken is requested.
