                        Subject:  Calling of option regarding Rotational Transfer for the Year 2019

Respected Sir,

                         The Service Union noticed that option has been called for Rotational Transfer 2019 but there are no such offices have been mentioned in that memo for which the official would like to prefer their choice of three offices in order of preference. In this context it is very difficult to the officials for furnishing their choices of three places for their posting after due tenure.                        

It is therefore requested to issue fresh option letter mentioning the offices would be vacated   for submission of their choices of three places for their posting after due tenure.
