 The Service union noticed that Your Office has issued an order vide memo no L2/SB/Allotment- Target /Part /2019 Dated 19.02.2019   to all the Sub Post Master  across the Division for attending meeting  at Purulia HO on 24.02.2019 (Sunday) which is very much unfortunate.

 I would therefore request your good desk to see the matter very sympathetically so that the employees may not deprived their legitimate weekly off on Sunday.

 A line in reply with action is solicited.
