Sir,

   The service union noticed that employees of all categories like PA/SPM/Postmen/MTS/GDS pay and allowances have been deducted for the month of January 2019 though they have been worked during strike periods.  The deduction was made straightway without maintaining proper monitoring it is very much astonished.  

Therefore it is requested to take necessary action to refund the deducted amount those were worked during strike periods.
