Sir,

   We would like to bring to your notice the following facts again for admitting immediate necessary action. In this connection kindly retreat our letter of even no dated 25.09.2018 and you has been replied that all issues will be resolved immediately.

But we are very sorry to inform you again that all personal claim have not been cleared /sanctioned for payment.

                                            Details as mentioned bellow:-

1.      Non received of arrear pay and allowances from 01.01.2016 to the GDS engaged as Substitute in short term vacancies of Postmen/ Mail Guards and MTS.

2.      Non received of Pay and allowances/TRCA  those GDS have been worked in the vacant post of Postmen,MTS/GDS

3.      To provide union room for day to day business as the sister union has already been allotted the same.

4.       To stop motivated /ill attitudes showed to the employees by the part of administration of all level and also stop intention of harassment immediately in the name fulfillment of Targets.

5.      To cancel the irregular combined duties throughout the Division  for Example case of Sk Inul GDS Rukni BO and GDS Moutard BO

6.      To issue specific order for training of GDS for RICT/Business/IPPB well in advance and paid remuneration for the purpose.

7.      To issue necessary instruction for payment DA to the part time contingent paid staff as the full time contingent paid staff of this Division  are  continuing receiving the same time to time.

8.      To supply of Thermal Paper Rolls for the use of RICT Devices throughout the Division.

9.      To stop the irregular arrangement/Transfer  throughout the Division for example case of Tarak nath Acharjya GDS BPM Tetulhity BO irregularly transferred to GDS BPM Chitra Bo

We hope that you will take appropriate action early otherwise we have  no alternative to start the TRADE UNION activities as per rules for natural justice  as decided in our Trade Union Convention on 27.1.2019.
