     Charge of Sub Division under Rule 341-A of Volume II

Sir,

    The competent authority has ordered  Vide No.23-1/96 -  PAP Dated 22.07.2016 ( Copy enclosed) for revision of rates of Fixed stationery charges for Post Offices, Savings Bank Control Organizations in Head Post Offices and Inspectors/Asst. Superintendents holding Independent Charge of Sub Dn under Rule 341-A of Volume  II, . The said order comes into force 01.07.2016.

It is very much unfortunate to say that only the Inspectors/Asst.Superintendents holding Independent Charges have been paid the revised rate with arrears depriving all the offices under Purulia Division.

You are requested to take necessary action for payment of revised rate along with arrear w.e.f 01.07.2016
